NASA Offering Paid Internships for Students with Disabilities!

Posted February 5, 2014 in Exploring Majors & Careers, General, Students with Disabilities

NASA is looking to increase the number of students with disabilities pursuing science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers through their internship programs. And internships are a great way to get experience!

Apply now for summer 2014 internships, as the deadline for submitting applications is by Friday, March 14, 2014. Students are encouraged to apply early because the best opportunities are likely to be filled early and the likelihood of being selected decreases the longer students wait.

Students can register for an account and look for internships anytime at the One Stop Shopping Initiative (OSSI): NASA Internships, Fellowships, and Scholarships (NIFS) at http://intern.nasa.gov/.

For further information or for help with applying, contact Kenneth A. Silberman, Esq., NASA Engineer & Registered Patent Attorney at kenneth.a.silberman@nasa.gov.
